Description
Part-Time Telehealth SLP (OMT Focus)
Are you a SLP passionate about orofacial myofunctional therapy, feeding, and speech? Spark Therapy Collective is a 100% telehealth practice specializing in helping kids, teens, and adults overcome OMDs, feeding challenges, and speech-sound disorders. We empower patients of all ages to breathe, sleep, eat, and communicate to their greatest ability.
Why You'll Love Working With Us:
Treat the Root Cause: Work with a specialized caseload- 70% of our patients need OMT. Treat patients in their natural environments using the foods they actually eat, helping them generalize skills faster!
Clinical Excellence: Enjoy regular mentorship and case collaboration with a supportive team that shares your passion for OMT.
True Balance: We respect your time. Enjoy a flexible schedule with zero required after-hours commitments.
Streamlined Focus: We provide the administrative support you need so you can focus on high-quality, life-changing care.
Who We Are Looking For:
We seek a motivated, organized self-starter with a Master’s degree, 1+ year of experience, and active CA licensure. Experience in OMT and/or feeding is highly preferred. Dual-licensure in CA & WA is also a plus, as we have current needs in both states!
How to Apply:
Interested applicants, please send resume and interview availability to infoca@sparktherapycollective.com

Median Pay and Range
Full Pay Rate for All Hours Worked?
This is a pay-per-visit structure and pay is based on hours of completed direct service time. We also provide pay for the following at the regular hourly rate:
Client Availability and Impact on Pay
Last minute cancellations are charged the full session fee, so under those circumstances clinicians are paid. However, if cancellations are on-time, no cancellation fee is charged and clinicians are not paid unless the session can be rescheduled.
Pay Rate Determiners
All SLP employees are paid the same rate. Due to the variable nature of our patient’s funding sources (various commercial health insurance contracts, private pay, occasional pro bono patients, etc.), as well as relatively high cancellation rates due to a predominantly pediatric caseload, we have calculated a consistent hourly rate we can pay and have applied that to all SLPs. We believe that this is fair to employees, promotes equitable care for our patients, and reduces unnecessary hierarchies.
