We are seeking passionate Speech-Language Pathologists (SLPs) and SLP-As for a part-time travel role, covering the metro areas of St. Louis and St. Charles, MO, with the option to serve clients outside of this radius via telehealth. In this role, you will evaluate, treat, and support children with communication needs through home- and community-based therapy while helping them reach their full potential.

For this travel role, session notes are required for every session (completed or cancelled) and are due in EHR system by end of day every Friday. Attendance status should be updated for cancelled visits asap and/or prior to end of day for that date of service.

No caseload cap. Session lengths for travel positions are 30 mins or 1 hr. Caseload is dependent on the therapist’s availability and preferred workload.

• Strong clinical knowledge in evaluating and treating speech, language, and communication disorders across pediatric populations
• Ability to develop, implement, and monitor Individualized Education Programs (IEPs) and therapy goals
• Experience conducting speech and language evaluations, re-evaluations, and progress reporting
• Strong documentation and record-keeping skills (SOAP notes, data tracking, and treatment plans)
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills when working with teachers, special education teams, administrators, and families
• Ability to manage and prioritize a caseload efficiently while maintaining high-quality services
• Knowledge of evidence-based therapy techniques and interventions
• Strong organizational and time management skills
• Comfort using teletherapy platforms, electronic documentation systems, and digital communication tools
• Cultural competency and ability to work with students from diverse backgrounds
• Professionalism, reliability, and ability to work independently as a contractor (1099)
