    Median Pay and Range

The current pay range for full-time SLP staff in this position and location is $50 to $60 per hour, with a median of about $55 per hour based on our existing team’s rates.

Full Pay Rate for All Hours Worked?

    Yes

Client Availability and Impact on Pay

    Yes, cancellations are paid.

    Pay Rate Determiners

Pay within the $50 to $60 per hour range depends on licensure, years of experience, and school based experience.

The lower end of the range usually applies to Clinical Fellows or SLPs who are newer to school settings and may need more training or support.

The higher end is for fully licensed SLPs with solid school experience who can manage a caseload on their own, complete evaluations, write IEPs, and work well with staff and families. Extra skills, such as AAC or bilingual experience, can also support a higher rate.

Final pay is based on overall experience, credentials, and the interview.

    Benefits

Eligible full time SLPs, defined as working 30 hours per week or more, are offered the following benefits:

    • Medical insurance with an employer contribution. Coverage begins the first of the month following the start date.
    • Dental and vision coverage, available in addition to medical.
    • 401k retirement plan with employer match up to 4 percent, based on plan terms and employee contributions.

Detailed information regarding employer contribution amounts, plan options, and any waiting periods is provided in writing at the time of offer so candidates can properly evaluate the full compensation package.

    Stipends (taxed)

Taxable stipends may be available depending on the assignment and candidate circumstances.

These can include stipends for travel, relocation, or hard to fill placements. Any stipend offered is paid as taxable income and will be clearly outlined in the written offer, including amount, duration, and any conditions tied to continued employment.

    Reimbursements (untaxed)

Reimbursements and non taxable benefits may include the following, depending on the assignment:

    • Continuing education support, including access to free CEUs through our internal professional development platform. Additional CEU reimbursement may be available with prior approval.
    • Treatment and assessment materials are provided by the school site or covered by the employer. SLPs are not expected to pay out of pocket for required tools, testing materials, or therapy resources needed to perform their job.
    • Travel reimbursement, when applicable, for approved mileage between school sites or for roles that require travel as part of the assignment.

All reimbursements and eligibility details are clearly outlined in the written offer, including any approval guidelines.
