    If in a school placement, SLP is paid full hourly rate ($60/hr) for direct and indirect work.

     

    If in a home, preschool or daycare, pay is based on completed sessions. CFs receive $35 per 30-minute treatment session, and licensed SLPs receive $40 per 30-minute treatment session. These is also a weekly paid notes/billing time.

    Client Availability and Impact on Pay

    Cancellations are unpaid but makeups are readily available

    Session reimbursement rate varies by licensing status and need for supervision: CFs are paid $35 per 30-minute treatment session, and licensed SLPs are paid $40 per 30-minute treatment session.

    None; with enough interest, we will add a direct health insurance benefit, but not enough therapists have wanted this yet

    Continuing education. For example, the entire SLP team recently attended the Pittsburgh for the National Apraxia kids conference, with lodging, conference and meals fully reimbursed.
