Full Pay Rate for All Hours Worked?
Varies by contract.
If in a school placement, SLP is paid full hourly rate ($60/hr) for direct and indirect work.
If in a home, preschool or daycare, pay is based on completed sessions. CFs receive $35 per 30-minute treatment session, and licensed SLPs receive $40 per 30-minute treatment session. These is also a weekly paid notes/billing time.
Client Availability and Impact on Pay
Cancellations are unpaid but makeups are readily available

Yes, 35 30-minute sessions/week is required for full-time SLPs.
Caseload Cap
No caseload cap for home/daycare based services, but session length is typically 30 minutes. For school-based contracts, New York state has a caseload cap of 65 students.
