Description
Mansfield Pediatric Therapy is a fast growing pediatric therapy practice dedicated to helping children reach their full potential. As a newer practice in the community, we have quickly built a reputation for high-quality, personalized care and are expanding to meet the increasing demand for our services. We are looking for a passionate and skilled pediatric speech therapist to join our team and make a meaningful impact on the lives of children and their families!
We are searching for a dedicated speech language pathologist with a desire to work with the pediatric population in a local school district. We are seeking a candidate who has general knowledge across the speech/language pathology scope of practice. Opportunities for training in speciality areas of dyslexia and/or feeding/swallowing available to candidates who are interested in this position and want to expand their skill set! The ideal candidate will collaborate with families/caregivers, educators, and other professionals to create individualized treatment plans that support each child's unique needs.

All treatment and assessment materials are provided by the clinic. If the clinic wants an SLP specifically trained in a specific area/topic this will be covered by the clinic (for W2 Employees).
Schedule
School hours, but can create your own schedule for what days and how many hours each day.
There is some opportunity to document from home. Some clinicians like to pack their school days then end a day early and document on that day (for example).

Required Qualifications
ASHA CCCs Required: No
State Licenses Required: Ohio
Additional Qualifications: Experience in working with the pediatric population preferred; Ohio-required Pupil Services License for schools
