Description

At Rogers Bridge Pediatric Therapy, we pride ourselves on creating a supportive, collaborative company culture where therapists feel valued and enjoy being part of the team. We believe great patient care starts with therapists who feel supported in their work and confident in their clinical skills.

Mentorship is an important part of our practice, especially for new graduates and Clinical Fellows. Our experienced therapists provide hands-on guidance, collaboration, and clinical support that extends beyond basic supervision requirements. We want new therapists to build confidence, strengthen their skills, and have a team they can turn to for questions and challenging cases.

As therapists grow in their careers, we also provide opportunities to develop specialty skills, mentor others, take on additional responsibilities, and pursue leadership opportunities within the company. We are looking for therapists who want to grow professionally while being part of a team that genuinely supports one another.

Pay Rate Determiners

The salary range for this position is $72,000–$96,000. Placement within the range is determined by several factors, including clinical experience, licensure and certification status, relevant specialty experience, expected caseload/productivity, and the overall responsibilities of the position.

Lower End of the Range – $72,000:
The starting salary of $72,000 is generally applicable to Clinical Fellows who are beginning their professional careers and completing their required supervised Clinical Fellowship experience. Clinical Fellows receive extensive supervision, mentorship, and clinical support as they transition from graduate school into independent practice. Upon successful completion of the Clinical Fellowship and receipt of the appropriate state license and professional credentials, the therapist is eligible for a salary increase.

Middle of the Range:
Licensed therapists are placed within the range based on their years of experience, relevant pediatric clinical experience, and demonstrated clinical skills. Additional consideration may be given for experience in specialty areas that are particularly valuable to our patient population, such as feeding and swallowing, AAC, childhood apraxia of speech, early intervention, or other advanced areas of pediatric practice.

Salary may also vary based on the therapist's selected caseload and productivity expectations. Our standard full-time positions are structured around an established number of scheduled treatment hours; however, therapists who would like to maintain a larger caseload or treat additional patients may have opportunities to earn a higher salary. This allows therapists some flexibility in balancing compensation with their preferred workload.

Higher End of the Range – Up to $96,000:
The higher end of the salary range is generally reserved for experienced, independently licensed clinicians who bring substantial pediatric experience and/or advanced clinical expertise and who assume a higher level of clinical productivity or responsibility. A therapist earning toward the top of the range would typically maintain a higher patient treatment volume and may also bring specialized skills, strong clinical competency, or experience that allows them to manage more complex cases with a high level of independence.

Salary placement is evaluated individually so that compensation appropriately reflects the therapist's credentials, experience, clinical expertise, expected productivity, and responsibilities within the practice.

Does the Contract Include a Non-Compete or Early Termination Clause or Penalty?

Non-compete/Non-solicitation: Therapists agree to respect the company’s established professional and referral relationships. If a therapist leaves the company, current patients remain with the practice, and the therapist agrees not to solicit or recruit current employees or staff.

Early termniation: If the therapist voluntarily leaves the company or is terminated for cause before completing the required one-year commitment, the therapist will repay the prorated portion of the sign-on bonus corresponding to the remainder of the commitment period.

CF supervision provided? Yes

Training program: New therapists receive a structured onboarding and mentorship program designed to build confidence and independence gradually. Each therapist is paired with an experienced “buddy” who serves as an ongoing resource for questions, clinical guidance, and support. New therapists will shadow multiple treatment sessions during their first week, including sessions with their buddy, and may gradually transition into treating some of those patients.

During the first week, therapists will typically provide approximately 8-12 hours of direct treatment. Remaining time will include session observations, review of the training binder and clinic procedures, and direct one-on-one training with the Lead Speech Therapist.

The therapist’s buddy will provide ongoing support by reviewing documentation, monitoring treatment, providing feedback, and remaining available for clinical questions. Treatment hours will gradually increase by approximately 1–3 hours per week until the therapist reaches a full caseload. This gradual transition allows therapists to become comfortable with clinic procedures, documentation expectations, and patient care before managing a full schedule independently.
