Description

Join Wonderful Ways Speech Therapy for a unique temporary opportunity providing school-based speech-language services in a supportive and flexible environment.

This maternity leave coverage position begins in September and is expected to continue through December, with an immediate need for two full days per week and the potential to grow to three days. You'll have the opportunity to provide evaluations and therapy to pediatric students while working with a practice that values clinician autonomy, high-quality care, and work-life balance. We are looking for an experienced, dependable SLP who enjoys collaborating with school teams, building meaningful relationships with students and families, and stepping into an established caseload with strong administrative support. This is an excellent opportunity for someone seeking flexible, well-compensated work without a long-term commitment.

Client Availability and Impact on Pay

Cancellations, student absences or school closures may impact hours and therefore overall take-home pay.

Pay Rate Determiners

Compensation is determined based on several factors, including the candidate's years of clinical experience, specialized certifications and training, and the value those qualifications bring to the practice. We also consider the nature of the position, including whether the candidate is willing to accept a temporary assignment.

The lower end of the pay range is generally reserved for clinicians with less experience, fewer specialized certifications, or those who require additional training and supervision. The higher end of the range is offered to candidates with significant clinical experience, advanced certifications or specialized expertise, and those who are willing to commit to temporary or hard-to-fill positions where continuity of care is especially important.
