When to be a meerkat: Alert, but not alarmed

Reported early feeding problems are suggested to be a red flag for developmental monitoring, particularly if they persist beyond three years of age.

Does anyone else think meerkats are adorable? SERIOUSLY. ADORABLE. My favorite and probably most characteristic meerkat behavior is when they stand on their hind legs, alert to danger but frozen still, sniffing the air to find out more about the potential threat.
