Let’s take a walk down memory lane for a moment and remind ourselves about prospective memory. Prospective memory means memory for something planned in the future, and it usually involves everyday tasks. Remembering to take your medication at a specific time, to call someone on their birthday, or to stop by the store and pick something up on the way home… this is where we all need help!
